Our Story
Women4resources was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: that every woman and girl deserves access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to reach their full potential. Our journey began with grassroots initiatives in Wales and has expanded to create meaningful connections and impact across Africa.
Through our three core pillars of Economic Development, Education & Adult Learning, and Advocacy, we work tirelessly to break down barriers and create pathways to empowerment. From microfinance schemes in Kenya to sewing workshops in Swansea, our programs are designed to create lasting, sustainable change.
We believe in the power of community, the importance of practical skills, and the transformative impact of giving women and girls the tools they need to build better futures for themselves and their families.
